Earl F. Hurst

Earl F. Hurst serves as an Executive Committee member for Utah Pump-N-Run basketball. Mr. Hurst is currently the President of Humana Inc's (NYSE:HUM) Utah operations. A long time Utah resident and experienced health care executive, Hurst is responsible for the overall management and strategic planning for Humana's commercial, consumer-choice and self-insured health benefit products in Utah. Humana Inc., headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, is one of the nation's largest publicly traded health benefits companies, with approximately 11.3 million medical members. Humana offers a diversified portfolio of health insurance products and related services - through traditional and consumer-choice plans - to employer groups, government-sponsored plans, and individuals.

Mr. Hurst played high school basketball at Capital High in Boise Idaho where he was a part of three state championships. He has been married 26 years and is the father of five children. Mr. Hurst is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
